Booking Appointments

To book an appointment, call 03 9438 1911.

In most cases, we can arrange an appointment on the same day. If you require an urgent apppointment, please advise the staff when you call.

Appointment Length

The standard appointment length is 15 minutes. If you are new to the practice, you will automatically receive a double length appointment.

Please book a double appointment if you require any of the following:

• minor procedures
• Pap smear
• travel/vaccination plans

Please advise if you are running late or unable to attend your appointment.

Before your Appointment

Dimaond Creek Medical Centre is not a bulk-billing practice. For further information, see our Pricing page. Payment in full is required on the day of your appointment.

Please bring your Medicare and any concession cards (e.g. Pension or Health Care card)

If you have an EFT card with access to a savings or cheque account, you will receive a Medicare rebate for your consultation on the spot.
